How difficult would it be choosing a hotel or
resort for your honeymoon? The first thing to do is to choose where
you want this special vacation to take place. Are you looking for
the cool frosty nights that will accompany a skiing vacation or the
warm nights, sandy beaches and cool waters of a Caribbean honeymoon?
Are you locking to see Europe, crisscross America or lie on the
beaches of Hawaii? Once you decide your destination you can begin to
investigate the type of place you want to stay.
One thing to consider is whether money is an issue for you. If so
there are ways when choosing your hotel or resort to get almost what
you want without spending a fortune. For example, cabins on the
beach are very expensive. For those couples who really want to enjoy
lying on the beach all day you need to understand that the hotel you
choose will allow you to lie on the beach even if you are not
staying in a cabin directly on that beach. N o matter how romantic
this cabin may seem it will likely cost you three times what a room
will. You will need to decide how much you can afford. Another
budget consideration in deciding where to stay is whether it is all
inclusive or not. All inclusive means that the meals are part of the
price you pay. Therefore meals are not over and above room cost.
This can be a great saving to you, or it can make for a very
expensive hotel room so you must compare room prices that include
meals and those that do not before deciding if that is the kind of
package deal you want.
Another option you will want to look at when choosing a hotel or
resort to stay at for you honeymoon is how particular you feel about
the other guests. Do you prefer a place that is adult only so you
are not bothered by the noises of someone else children? Do you
prefer a hotel or resort that is couples only? Some people like this
so that there are no singles looking to get hooked up. If the type
of people who are going to be staying there are a consideration
check this out before you reserve.
